Greg and Betsy founded Marsh Hen Mill at their home on Edisto Island, SC in 2007. As a child, Greg learned the old-fashioned process of milling grits, and Betsy grew up on a farm. Today, their focus is on providing the best heirloom products and filling the world with flavor.
